Japanese and Brasil for me here. I would say Chinese but the food i get n love here isn't a thing like real chinese so cant call it that as it's just American food "inspired" by Chinese food.

I am surprised greek is a 3rd contender. I can't say i have had much greek food other then Gyro's. It kinda strange considering we have a lot of greek owned diners in PA, but they don't really serve authentic greek dishes.

Been to an Indian restaurant once. Everything was pretty gross. The worst was some kind of salad/relish that tasted super sour, and putrid.
The only dish we like is chicken masala, but from what i read, thats a UK dish.

I have never been crazy about Indian food.. probably because I don't love the sweet and earthy flavors of many of their high profile dishes. I get why some people love it though.

Indian
Brazilian
Japanese

Sometimes Indian food can be a little overwhelming but damn is it good. However, I have absolutely no desire to visit India in this life or the next. Japanese food tastes simple and clean. There's nothing too crazy about it and I think that's why I like it so much. Reliably good, like their cars. Brazil and Argentina know how to cook some awesome grub. I know churrascarias are just a small sample of Brazilian cooking but I've had some of the most enjoyable meals at those types of restaurants.

I can only vouch for Indian food in America. I don’t think I will go to India. I make it an effort to only eat at Indian spots with Indian people eating there.

I'm protesting this list. Have you people tasted Chinese food it's terrible. People voting probably think General tso chicken is Chinese food. Peruvian food is better by a mile.

Yes I've tasted Chinese food, in China, recommended by local Chinese, in multiple provinces of China, where the palate widely differs. And it's AMAZING. And no, I don't think General Tso is Chinese food.
