Goals & Gains Oliver - Grind hard Go Strong

So it's 1 training today at friends home gym. I bought new mits. Will do a mixed session like always. Fucntional strength cardio and skills. I need to improve my wake up time and not hit snooze if I wanna achieve 2 a days. Perhaps monday. We shall see.

you need to drop into my log more often for motivation. And keep training so we can get some barrels, youknowwhatImsayin. Imma train hard now, let go. Let's see if I can get 1.5 hours before I get thrown out.
 
Did 5 workouts in a row back in shape. Was sick for a while. Also lost I think 2-3 pounds. Def see my mid section reduced.
Today off day walked some. Def looking forward to tomorrow training.

Today aka right now

I done the bag work now it's of to the excercises.

Warm up 3 min
Warm up bag round 5 min

4 x 3

Kicks jab
Box combo + elbow
Knees clinch strikes in out + all strikes
Mix + practice spinning back

3 circles

1 min fast 1 tactical 1 power 1 min pause


Strength

Push ups 4 x 15
10 Squat 10 squat jump 10 lunges each leg
10 Knee jump to chest 10 burpee 10 squat
3x 20 Crunches
Plank 2 sets
Calv jumps 1 x 30

Shadow box include shin checks
1 x 3
1 x 1.5 fast

Stretch 3 min
