Goals & Gains Oliver - Grind hard Go Strong

So it's 1 training today at friends home gym. I bought new mits. Will do a mixed session like always. Fucntional strength cardio and skills. I need to improve my wake up time and not hit snooze if I wanna achieve 2 a days. Perhaps monday. We shall see.

you need to drop into my log more often for motivation. And keep training so we can get some barrels, youknowwhatImsayin. Imma train hard now, let go. Let's see if I can get 1.5 hours before I get thrown out.
