Caught a flue and had a deload so to say cause of it. Now I'm back did 2 sessions yesterday.
Missed 2 sparring days. Thursday gonna get the hour of sparring and sunday meet up with a friend who does pro boxing, K1 and Muay Thai to spar and train too. So catch it up.
Today feeling the workouts but gonna do antoher gym session more on the weights side to rest my cns and hop in the sauna finally which I always put off but today is a good day for it. And since I need to rest a bit also go for 15-20 minutes mobility - stretch in that one small room that has mobility equipement. It's actually leg day. Thinking squats, zercher, test my left knee if it's good, didn't squat in a super long time. Lunges and land mine excercises will be great. Nothing too much, not too intensee hit intervals.Get primed for tomorrow see how I feel. Tomorrow should be a kickboxing class.
Today perhaps go looking for fitting boxing shoes and a second pair of boxing gloves. Gonna get 2 more gloves to have 3 for hygienic reasons. Maybe another Muay Thai shorts in a new color.
