Nah I'll do active recovery today. Mobility, stretch, light swim, sauna. CNS feels good but my muscles are all "winding down" repairing.

Evening class is kinda nice and early tomorrow. Fuck it I´m just gonna show up to kickboxing class. Be around people, get some warm up sparring and 90% chance 4 rounds at the end, I miss that. And cheat my way trough the class by throwing 30% effort strikes. Besides sparring, then I´ll turn it up.
Doing class and cruising by on low battery should be the base line. I need some company and fun workout, kickboxing is the best. Got my medic check early tomorrow so it fits. They gon drugs test me. I hope they don´t find urine in my drugs. Yep yep let´s show up. Been had the flue, good idea to have some fun work done. Eventually tomorrow I gotta take it easy. Or I´ll be fitter then today. The body and recovery is one big bag of suprise.
 
Cardio was good to my suprise. Yep. Good workout. Almost took a rest day. Did have a extra esspreso before class. Paid off to go.
 
Did sparring. 9 rounds plus the warm up sparring and kicks knee checks ect. Sat out 1 round only. Trainer didn´t let us sit today between rounds half way into it or skip rounds. Luckily there are beginers to get my cardio back up in "rest rounds". Also a few good rounds. Sleep sleep is the best. Sleep 8-10 hours be a beats full of energy. Best steroid.

I´m down to 110.5 kg from 120 kg last year. Gonna check my bf% soon. Let´s see if I can get to do some double workouts that I dream about. 2 in 1 day. Would be cool.
 
missed sparing yesterday, fall asleep, for whatever bizare reason after 20 minutes of training today at noon class, trainer said 10 rounds of sparring, was awesome. Interessting sparring partners. And hard work makes everything so much better. I really respect our trainer, he knows what he is doing. Most of it is literaly non verbal. You come to work.
 
Was in the rain didn't consider a umbrella... cause me never get sick. Got sick and didn't train for 8 days. Lung cough was so bad I quit smoking too much pain. Stopped on I think Thursday. Smoking was like blowing poison into a open wound. Also took some eukalyptus extract with 2 cigs and that made me struggle to breath for 2 hours and have painful cough. Considered walking into a hospital. So didn't smoke for about 7 days. Aiming to never smoke again. Went to the gym yesterday and today fitness gym, my energy is at 1/3 or 35%. It's not from the virus or 8 days break but from nicotine withdrawl. Gonna take 2 months to be at 100% I calculate. After that it's gonna be better than before. I used to smoke about 8 malboro lights a day. I also been a light smoke abd heavy smoke and vape smoker within periods of the last 8 years. Withdrawl also made my knees a bit sore. Binged playing Dota ability draft so my fingers hurt also. Just gotta kill the days to not smoke. Tomorrow I'll go to sparring class and just relax and chill. My shape was extremely good before this happened now I'll have to humbly accept this process to get better and heal my body. Also my dental bridge fell out. I'm likely having oral surgery this year. Biggest regret. Teeth never come back, I hate the feel of fake teeth, look great feel noticable. I'd like my natural teeth back Mr God. That's about it. And yeah while getting long full sleeps I missed a few things due to not being up early. At least sparring will be funny. Enjoying missing teeth, looks shit but comfortable. Soon the fake bridge comes back in. Will never be comfortable. But hey, looking toothles as in missing teeth gets you discriminated. Would be more comfortable.

Smoke cease then let's see when I reap the benefits. Since I don't care about food lately might as well start eating strict for gains and to lose the belly. Why not. Doesn't make a difference. I don't really care about my food. I wanna eat boiled eggs and high protein lower fat.

If you can get melatonin in your country, take it. It boosts your immunity. Melatonin and vitamin D are two of the most important vitamins(I know melatonin is technically not classified as such) for your immunity.

Regrowing teeth is now becoming a reality. It may take another 5-10 years.


As far as energy, get methylene blue. Pills are easier to take but 1% drops in water give you more control over dose. It's the best energy supplement I know. Everyone I know who tried it noticed a significant boost. 6-20mg pills are probably easiest.

I'm healthy now just low drive and energy due to nicotine withdrawl. Not even tired just not energetic. Not depressed just uninterested in life. All from quitting cigs.

Ripping out 1-2 tooth roots shall be the highlight of this year. Then having a stupid bridge in place. Looks good feels fake. I will pay whatever for regrowing teeth. Just do this dentistry, look normal and get back to normality. Ripping out roots is so dumb. But medicine isn't more advanced right now.

I would reconsider. MB is just a blue dye with many benefits(it's a powerful antioxidant and mitochondrial modulator). Melatonin is a naturally produced antioxidant/hormone. These are very good not just for energy but also for overall well being.

You're taking vitamin d so it's the same exact thing. You're simply negotiating with yourself what you think is ok and what is not. Vitamin D and melatonin are both classified as 'hormones'.

It's silly. Melatonin is one of the safest and most beneficial substances in existence for human health. Take some time and read about it.

Yes. I had one wisdom tooth pulled a couple decades ago because it was sideways and now this one because it wasn't very deep in the jaw/gumline and I didn't use it to chew food. I still got my bottom ones. I am a big proponent of keeping your wisdom teeth whenever possible for potential future dental work like bridges etc. It's the old-school Soviet mentality.

Place aka top of our house isn't heated where my bag is and I still broke sweats. Sweating into the winter. It's like 12 degrees today anways. But rain all day long, all day.

Hope to soon start 2 a days. 2 workouts. Was really fun felt like I was in Thailand. Just work and American Hiphop on Spotify. Knees, elbows, kicks. Especially wanting to learn knees and unlock my right kick. When I kick right I don't rotate. Even left I do little rotation but don't feel it effects the power.



Postworkout pomegranate juice from my own garden with my aunts lemon and local honey. Hits different. And a ciggy cause I'm still addicted.

I don't know if I mentioned it to you before but get some NAC supplement. It will help in two ways. It helps with lungs/breathing and stopping various addictive habits. Look it up.

I personally take the pill form from Bulksupplements from Amazon (0.5g per pill). I take two daily. If you take it with glycine it will help with glutathione production in your body. It has a sulfur smell but that's normal.

So I'm taking a rest day today. Might start with 2 a day tomorrow. Maybe Monday 2, Tuesday box class, Wensday 2, Thursday box class, Friday Saturday 2 and Sunday rest. That sounds good. We shall see, I'm flexible.
