Goals & Gains Old rigger start on weight pile

Everyone around me is on roids but I refuse to risk the ability to get a boner for the numbers I'm chasing. Lol

Cheers to not giving into peer pressure! We have to push to evolve back into our grandfathers testosterone range, which wasn't from getting poked in butt.
 


If you take the time to watch it let me know if I should work on any form issues. I'm self taught perty much.


Take what I'm about to say with a HUGE pinch of salt, as I'm about as far from an expert as it's possible to be. But you look like you're rounding your back a little. It's not bad form by any means, but keeping a straighter back/driving with your legs more when you break the bar off the floor might be safer.

Again, feel free to ignore my opinion in favour of people who actually know what they're talking about. :)
 
Knee's are a little soft at lock out by the looks of it
Thanks. Had to look that up to even know what it was, and from the third rep on I was definitely doing that.

Hot I was 4lb lighter than Monday. Climbed the bEtter part of 9 hrs today grip lats and overall body was fatigued but I grinded it out

I was thinking of making my own program. I wanted something strength based that started with higher volume and blocked into a peak. This one was under user made programs on boostcamp. I customized the accessory work a little but loved how it used The set rep progression and was % based. He names cool too😂
