Goals & Gains Old rigger start on weight pile

Made a hard end of the year push with work. Works been brutal, but I been eating like trash and not taking care of myself right. Lost close to 20lb. Fixed my diet and lifestyle a few weeks ago. 2 days ago I did

5x6 ring dips
5x10 bw Squats
5x10 push-ups
And a bunch of stretching and calisthenics..

Went to the storage unit and brought my kettlebells home today

1x10 kb deadlift 75lb

3x10 one arm lateral swings

Got the blood flowing where I wanted it.

Alright. Goals: Get a serious strength and conditioning kettlebell routine going. Be physically able to out climb all other arborist in a 200 mile radius.
Plan: start slow with my 2 35lb kettlebells. Once I'm on beast mode with them. Go grab my 50lb set out of storage. Eating a light meat n eggs dominate diet. Eating a lot of wild game and beef. Taking alot of vitamins, creatine, nitric oxide stuff. Staying well hydrated.

Some kettlebell upright rows.

Shadow boxed until my combinations came smooth and crisp

Last night. Took my workout stack cuz I have this 28 year old single mom I spend every Thursday night with..... but I did 1-10 ladder pushups. Ring rows 10x4 superset with kneeling kb ohp 10x4 nitric oxide n pre-workout pump always leaves her sleeping like a baby and me eating all her leftovers!!!
