They can't deny Carla the next shot, can they? Would love to see her beat Rose again and have the SW title come full circle @Xuh

They were 145 fights.all 4 of em are 135ers.

Harding was effective standing, couldn't understand why she kept diving in to Leah McCourt's dangerous guard. Got a foot in the face, triangle choked & it was good night Irene.
Hannah Guy made mincemeat of the gassed Loureda.
I think Valerie needs to cut to a lower division. She looks slow, and not really very powerful - especially for a TKD black belt. A weight cut might give some more speed, and snap.
I think it only gets better from here.
@Xuh Carla should have earned a title shot tonight.
Zappitella did it again in a split decision.
@Mittens
Fans will have to wait a little bit longer to witness ONE Championship’s first all-women’s card.
Oh, crap, I have missed that news completely, cannot understand how... oh, well, good things come to those that wait!
This DOES explain the empty beers in Ham's Insta feed thoughWas wondering how she was dinnering with brews with a week to go

With any luck, yes. Spencer, Dumont, & Fairn should all be given the chance to work with the PI to move down. I would even give Wolfe the option, but for her I do think it would actually be impossible. Is it me or Dumont actually put the last nail in the 145 coffin?
I agree with DumontWith any luck, yes. Spencer, Dumont, & Fairn should all be given the chance to work with the PI to move down. I would even give Wolfe the option, but for her I do think it would actually be impossible.
Dumont reminds of a lot of Sanda fighters I’ve seen, she has ok footwork, little jabs or head movement, and she often fires strikes off in combos. I am not sure if it was a read by her team, but I liked how Dumont authoritatively shucked Spencer off in the clinch. Spencer has occasionally hit leg sweeps from a single leg, and hip tosses in the center of the cage, but most of her TDs come from the clinch. I have noticed if you stuff her, Fee usually engages on the feet with funky kicks and weird punches for a few minutes before reattempting the grappling.
I thought Carla looked excellent. Yan was a bit of stylistic gift, but Carla looked the best she has in years, and is the most deserving of a title shot by a wide margin IMO. I can’t wait to see how Rose fares. I think Whitman has been drilling hisstudents excessively on their opponents tendencies, so I am interested to see what Rose does.
I probably should’ve said other Sanda fighters, as I did know thatI agree with Dumont
Also, i believe her base is actually sanda.
Edit: Wikipedia says she was actually a national sanda champion
Did Valerie get injured in her fight?View attachment 856481
Janay last fight looks like she slayed her low fight IQ demons but I guess it was just she fought a lower level fighter. Terrible fight IQ seems to have gotten the best of Janay again this fight. She falls for the slowest triangle setup ever. I don't think Janay had any idea she was being put in one until it was locked in for like 5 seconds.
I only seen highlights of the Sumiko fight but her opponent seemed to only throw a single punch that missed after eating a few. Maybe I am wrong and the full was competitive but Kristina looked like a punching bag. Which is normal booking for Bellator.
