Trigg: What's your training cap been like and hows it different from pst 4 tc's?
Herman: (Big Sigh) Well, it's been pretty good. I started this week so first week's been great.
FT: You're on a 4 fight losing streak .. what've you done for cardio?
DH: Uh, well I've been running.
FT: Is that somehing you weren't doing in the pst?
DH: Sorta. Maybe not as much as I shoulda been.
FT: What type of running? Sprints? Hills? ....
DH: Ummm.. I just feel like running... I jus umm run like 2 mi.
FT: Everyday? 3 days a week? ......??
DH: Uh, it's like every other day...
FT: Who are your training partners help you get ready for Kalib Starnes?
DH: (long sigh) Umm. well I actually haven't had in the partners yet..but I think I might wrestle tomorrow
FT: (An incredulous Frank Trigg) Ok explain to me not having any training partners. You're getting ready to compete real quick..
DH: This was just my first week
FT: But you haven't had any partners ...
DH: Not yet..
FT: MMkay, do you wait a couple weeks before getting some?
DH: Sometimes.
FT: Why is that?
DH: There aren't other guys there.
FT: Oh do you have to bring guys in?
DH: Yeah.
FT: Ohhh?!? Ok. So where these guys come from?
DH: Or I go to them.
FT: So are you going to them or are they going to you?
DH: I'll probably go tomorrow and wrestle at Cumberland U.
FT: So you're in Tennessee. Are you just having trouble finding partners to train with?
DH: No I just haven't looked.
