I wear Rehbands for everything.. For the comp as long as you're comparing apples to apples from start to finish it doesn't matter I would think. You don't get anything out of them, but you certainly get something out of a belt which is allowed.
 
So no-one minds my using cheap, non PL brand knee sleeves tomorrow for my squat max test.
 
Test day done, I added 20kgs, Rob added 15kgs

Sorry guys been really busy with work. I'm gonna update the front page soon. I'm gonna try to update the stats page at the 1month mark. So if you have any new PRs please post them in the PR log I created its linked on page 1.
 
How do we get on as an official alternate? Feel free to flame this post if there's something i should've read and didn't.. which is likely.

I started the comp with a 325 max and have a 335 current PR.
 
Captains. I updated the rosters as best I could from what I saw Barut, Urban & Devils teams remained the same. Standard had 2 members subbed out and Fatty had 1. Fatty to keep teams even Meatplow is on alternates but you have 1st dibs on him should any of your people go down and I put him at the bottom of the alternate list so no other team grabs him.

As some of you may have noticed I have started the 1month update of the stats section. I am not unwilling to do some work to keep this updated. However I'm not going to dig through every team log looking for new PRs. So Captains you have two options.
1. Get your people to post their PRs in the PR log in the appropriate formate or
2. Include a roster with updated PRs on the first post of your team log. Standard bless his heart appears to have the soul of a bureaucrat and you could all do much worse then copying him.

Stats will be a tool to help you figure out where your team is in relation to others. I urge you all to get team members to test 1RMs before June 30th. I'm going to be updating this bit by bit with available info and hope to have it completed by Monday.

Can't wait to go for a new PR to overtake teh father Wilhelm's team.

As we are neck and neck in increase... I do object sir :icon_twis
 
Noone gives a rat's ass because noone picked me up but I did 325 for 20 today at parallel, for past few weeks actually but I'm working on making this a maintance setup, so now I'm going to start removing 1/4 in. spacers from my box hopefully at a one per week or two pace.
