thats crazy weight dude, good shit!
You would not believe how hard it is to lower the box about six inches to ATC and still get the same weight. It's harder than getting to 20 reps at parallel in the first place. I've failed in every attempt so far but hey I turn 38 in few weeks so no point on quiting. Problem is by the time my hips have adjusted my back is worn out or vice versa. I need to get my hips, legs, and lower back all peaked out at the exact same time.
