I've been playing solo all along though...

At the last world actually.

Yea there were a few instances in the first game where I felt like this boss was setup for coop but I always got through it. I still feel like it was a boss setup for coop but still not to rough.

Some details on "Project Cronos" , the PS5 cloud streaming

https://insider-gaming.com/ps5-cloud-streaming-cronos/

Internally named Project Cronos (we previously reported this as Cronus), the new streaming architecture aims to build a robust PS5 streaming experience that will serve as a major step forward in the company's growth in the ever-growing market.

It's understood that the development of Cronos began 5 years ago due to the complexity surrounding the PlayStation 5's SSD. Whilst the SSD is very fast in the PS5, it created a new challenge that made it impossible for Sony to develop the infrastructure needed using current technology on the market (functionality, latency, etc.). This meant that Sony, under the Future Technology Group, designed a completely new network storage solution based on PCIe (NTB) which leverages NTB and the PS5 I/O co-processors.

The final product is a custom storage server under the codename 'Kura' which reads up to 5 GB/s with <1ms latency.

Sources said that Sony will have a total of 28 data centers across 15 metros for the PS5 Cloud streaming rollout, with its plans to fully launch the feature in FY23 (April 2023 – March 2024).

PS5 anything but plateauing in continued UK takeover, reports Zube:

So far this year, PS5 unit sales are 73% up for the first 31 weeks of the year, and represents 47% of all home consoles sold this year (whereas this time last year, PS5 accounted for 31% of the market).

What do you guys think about the delay leaks? Which games do you think were affected? Helldivers 2 is a strong possibility, not a whole lot of time left to announce a 2023 release date. Not sure what else to be honest

Don't know about titles obviously (here is a year-remaining list to choose from though) but 2023 is so stacked that delay for me translates to act of mercy. And I'm very interested in Helldivers 2 as I like to offset my SP journeys with MP, comp play. I have to assume every pub wants to be out for the Holiday 2023 window, so that leaves even less time to announce (literally now) and do the whole prelaunch ramp-up.

<BirdieOwn>

Definitely going to dive into that hard next week after I get home from being away for my Dad’s funeral. Relieved that it’s available for PS4/5 so that I can play with my two best friends (who aren’t nearly as enthusiastic about playing as I am, but I’ll force them to play with me anyway).

TKM is confirmed doing story reveal for Quantum Error with Sony on official PS YT this Wednesday: \m/

On Keith David, Men at Work is one of my favorite movies from when I was a kid. Emilio Estevez too. You guys know it?

Respect @ PS lineage:

I just rewatched the trailer and noticed that they add muzzle flashes to the weapons. That’s hilarious. I never understood why Quake 2 did not have muzzle flashes but it never really bothered me. Funny that they went back and added in that little detail.
The difference between a release like this and RDR by Rockstar is so stark. It’s really not that hard to earn some good will by doing above the absolute bare minimum.

Yoshida blessing incoming sinner Blasphemous II. Damn, son. Quality recognising quality:

This game is completely flying under the radar. It should be getting way more hype. The first one was incredible and the devs put in a lot of work providing big free updates. I’ll probably buy it just to show support even if I don’t get around to it until I finish some other games

I've said this before but the PlayStation is really lacking in games of this type, a strictly 2d platform maker, and it's a shame they didn't make one before crash left, although there are still plenty of great IP's to use.

Also, that's a crazy ass stage.
