So I was playing a bit with my buddy on Saturday night and he got invaded and I managed to kill the invader with the special L2 attack of the sword of damnation. I like that sword, and it’s regular L2 is pretty cool, where barbs shoot up from the ground, but I’d never successfully landed it in PvP which has a different effect where the barbs shoot out of your enemies sides to make them look like pre-cut scene Midra. To finally land it, and for it to be the killing blow in a fight that honestly took close to 10 minutes, was probably my most satisfying PvP kill I’ve ever had in 13 years playing Soulsborne games. I wish I had thought to take a screenshot of landing that killing blow.

Not sure how to post TikTok videos but it was basically just like this:

Dragon Crest Shield Talisman +1

The albinauric farm in Mohgs palace is by far the fattest gold farm (outside of gitches if they still exist)

It’s best in NG+ though, as using the special from Sacred Relic Sword takes out whole line in two button presses.

i was using that for a while but for some reason it was kinda tiring me out and i was starting to feel the grind. so i went back to using the starscourge because it feels more engaging. i like to bonk and smash stuff, and the starcaller cry special of the starscourge greatsword is pretty neat and visually pleasing. pull the whole mob together and then hulksmash them with the gravity explosion. it feels rather satisfying.

yeah it takes a few seconds longer for me to clear the pack, but i don't really get bored as fast. but yeah the sacred relic sword is probably the go-to weapon for albinauric genocide in terms of runes per hour and shit.

Tribute to the legend that is "Let Me Solo Her."

i wanted to see if he was still laying waste to malenia for everyone, or if he moved on to soloing the dlc radahn guy. and he is now "let me solo them"

turns out he got banned for half a year for modding a fortnite dance into his game but he's back now

apparently he did some no-hit runs of dlc radahn wearing nothing but a bucket on his head.

I AM NOT WORTHY!!!!

The Rotten Greataxe might be the best axe. I put Scarlet Rot on Maliketh twice and whipped him.

I wasn't sure if it would work on bosses

Hit him with that Fire Prelate's Charge and it inflicts Scarlet Rot fast.

I also put it on that dragon that shoots pink lightning in Farem Majula and he just melted.

So Im like lvl 45. I've just been farming runes. When I lv up my vigor, I only get like 25 more health. I think it used to be like 50 more HP added when I was lower lvl.

I beat Bayle the Dreadful and this fucker was hard as fuck. Took me like 15 tries and probably 10 of those tries I got stomped just entering the arena. I'm still shaking from this boss fight. My hands are shaking

I had to use a shield. That big face shield you get from those flame shooting tanks. Flame Drake Talisman too.

Come to find out, my Erdtree levels is 2 and 3. Whatever those things are you collect to strengthen your hero. I just started Erdtree and this was the first major boss I ran into..

Ancient Dragon Lanasax whipped my ass a few times. The one right before Bayle

As big as these dragons are, when you get up under them you spend most of the time swinging at air.

Bayle is my new favorite boss and hardest one I ever fought. First time Melania, first time Mohgwyn got nothing on Bayle

You got to use a fireproof shield on this guy. You can't avoid the flames because it sprays so wide. You got to tank it

Whoever that new dude is that's playing Elden Ring.. When you get to Bayle, goodluck..

When he went into his second phase, it looked like some shit out of Godzilla movie. The New Godzilla movies.

How the fuck did Godfrey beat Placidusax? I call BS on that. I'm wondering how Placidusax beat Bayle. Shit don't make sense

That shield made it possible. I had to use weaker armor to equip that shield. I even had to play my song to win. It took everything

As soon as you enter the arena, block the flames with the shield. Then wait until he does his flying stomp. Dodge that. Then summon Mimic.

That flying stomp he does is a 1 hit kill even on my guy.

I'm upgrading that shield to the max

Closest I ever came to throwing my controller across the room. I don't get like that but this boss almost made me do it

started my 3rd journey on this char this morning. cleared everything except for the dlc. i'm getting pretty quick at this. that placidusax dragon and my mimic tear gave me the hardest time. malenia went down first attempt. i was rather surprised.

only gained 18 levels though and most of them were from the harder bosses near the end. dunno if i wanna skip the dlc this run and start another journey. i should be able to gain a bunch more levels but at the expense of alot of travelling

i think on my next run i'm gonna cut the fia/ranni stuff out so i wont really need to do any of the underground shit. that chunk of the game seemed to actually take up the most of my time compared to the rest of the game. pretty sure i could knock a run down to around 5 hours if i just ignore all the optional npc shit. i dont even need to really do volcano manor anymore but i do it anyways because i like the vibe to it.

I just started my new game+ and I'm going to force myself to get good with dexterity weapons. I already mowed Tree Sentinal down in seconds with the twinblade. I still got my Great Stars as back up just incase SHTF.

alright fuck it, now that i put the controller down for a bit ive decided im gonna crush through the dlc this run too. why the hell not? i just don't like how spread out everything is. it feels like i have to spend way too much time on my horse just to get anywhere.

and then there's the abyssal woods, which is completely fucking empty and is probably the worst slog of the whole damn game and i can't even get on my horse because it got some sand in its vagina. normally i would altogether skip that bullshit if it wasnt for that cool fucking haunted mansion thing.

but whoever designed those woods needs to go get their dicks caught in their zippers. i don't know of a single person who enjoys going through that area. i don't know if their intent was to just leave us with a giant barren desolated area that we have to walk through with some really stupid mechanics to put up with just to piss everybody off, or if they just got squeezed for time and had to release it like that.

Duel wielding twinblades is probably the most overpowered DPS build in the game

I've mowed down every boss in seconds so far.

Black Blade Kindred on New Game+... I mowed through him in like 12 seconds. The dragon on the bridge too.. He lasted 10 seconds. I'm going to go kill the scarlet rot dragon in Caelid next.

Jumping attacks with the twinblades just destroys everything. I've seen the pros use this strategy on youtube and now I'm doing it. It's like a flying blender.

I put a bleeding ash of war on my Gargoyle Twinblade so it bleeds enemies

I'm going to fuck Bayle up in the rematch. I'll have a second Gargoyle Twinblade or Elenora Poleblade by then.

I'm going to let him win a bunch of times though so I can keep fighting him.

I slept on it and Bayle the Dread is my favorite boss I ever fought in a videogame.

messmer down on 3rd attempt and i finished him off with a crit. poetic fucking justice after all the bullshit he's put me through before.

spent over an hour with the scadutree avatar. wasn't so hard the first two runs but man that turned into some serious bullshit this time. fuck that guy.

i can dodge pretty much all the shit i can see but then in the later phases when its body gets in the way i get fucked up. i haven't took a whooping like that since my first drunken encounter with messmer, who gave me no grief at all this time around.
