I haven't tried over 225lbs for my squat as I've been working on getting better form. But I'd guesstimate my 1rm max squat at 225lbs give or take a few pounds. I'll find out this weekend.

I wasn't tying to use 365 as a max but just let people i was damaged goods....

Don't feel bad, Zero added like 600 pounds to his total in a year, that bastard will squat 700 in a few months and be "golly, shucks".

Justin_A

do not know my one rep max but i currently can do 315x3 prob more.

I am 5ft 9'body weight 245, so i believe i have a ton of way to go. my log shows my progress ive made since mar 31.

6'3"
270 lbs.

1 rm = 345 lbs.

I am still making noobly gains, and while the squats are getting much tougher, I feel I still have a good way to progress before I start leveling off.

I think we should have a contest between the captains to see who gets to pick first. I say whoever can best "lick it like a lollipop" gets first pick.

SmashiusClay - 150kgs (330lbs)

I should probably point out I've just started a Smolov cycle.

If we need another team I volunteer to captain.

I also volunteer my training partner (he's going to start posting here regularly, should be starting a log today).

Rob - 105kgs (231lbs)

Valtrax: It's about suppression.

Haha, it only took a page and a half to devolve into jokes.

255 at 165. I ahve to check these this weekend though just to make sure. I feel weak.

If I'm picked and we win I will cook.

Not sure about my 1 RM in the parallel backsquat.
But I guess 245lbs would be doable.

So:

Graedy
BW: 185lbs
Squat 1RM: 245lbs
