Its bugged dropping from Agonizer, you have to get it from Pain/Terror in the story mission to drop on level.
Someone on YouTube posted a game save file with that story mission unlocked for pc. I took the rocket launcher from pc and mailed it to myself on Xbox.

I discovered Boss Rush mode- here are the steps
1. Crank up Mayhem to level 8+
2. Get an Anarchy shotgun with the 300% damage on enemies with 90% health anointment
3. Go down to Mayhem level 6
4. Annihilate everything and get all the Mayhem 6 loot
In this Boss Rush mode, the boss fight is you: enemies will continue to rush you while you annihilate mobs with one shot.
SERIOUSLY
I earned an Anarchy with something like 900 x18 damage with that 300% damage anointment in Mayhem 8 and nothing can stand in my way... I was able to take Wotan down in like 2 minutes.. and the biggest delay is with trying to catch him as he jumps around on that map.

Just started playing this again the other day. I was playing before but didn’t get very far. My BL bud couldn’t get 3 to work on his Linux machine so we had to stick with BL2 for awhile. But he just got a new PC so finally I get to play as tanky Moze. So far so fun.

i loved borderlands two , does this have also DLC packs already is it as good or worse then 2?

The general consensus seems to be "story worse, gameplay good". So far, the primary antagonists are annoying. Jack was charming and funny - he just wanted to kill you. These two are just trying to kill my brain cells.
I'm only a few levels in on two characters (Zane & Moze). So far I like both special abilities (I also like that we can now equip different variants of special abilities). Sliding is very fun. Vaulting is useful.
There is DLC out now.

I was thinking of getting it when they release a GOTY like the handsome collection.
Stopped playing when Mayhem 2.0 released. Implementation was bad and was way too buggy to enjoy.
Just checked now, somehow they've managed to make it even worse... ugh.
I have hundreds of hours in this game btw...

Lost all interest when they implemented 2.0. New DLC coming I believe tomorrow and I have absolutely no care

Started playing the new dlc. Wild west theme, with humor. Loving it so far.

I need to hurry up and get through the story. Slow goings so far.
I've been experiencing some poor multiplayer, though. My game will stutter for about 10 seconds or so (broken audio/visual loop), and once it corrects I'm playing by myself. Then I get a text message from my buddy saying his game crashed on him. Sometimes it's not so bad, but the game booted him the first time we beat Katagawaball and he didn't get the XP. It's a drag.

Multiplayer is gotdamn terrible in this game. Dont even think about trying split screen

I thin k there is three DLC packs so far and one more to come.
BL2 is the GOAT Borderlands game, but BL3 is still very good game.

Just finished it. Didn't play much since launch of dlc 2 because of other games coming out. I have to say the writing for this shat on the rest of the game imo and all the guns have been solid. I was curious of your take.

I found out a bit late but incase you guys didn't know they fixed it and he drops it now. Pretty regularly too. I got 4 or 5 in about 15-20 runs. Pretty funny that he had the same issue previously for his mayhem 4 drop.
A couple of easy kills of Wohan on Mayhem 10. Game is ridiculously easy with the right gear right now. Mayhem 4 was harder!
Using the drone and barrier with a while under 50% health gain 150% bonus radiation damage Monarch Assault Rifle.
Using the Clone (Shock backburner) and Drone with a 100% Sntnl/Cryo Flipper SMG to make short work of Wotan.
