How do you rate Borderlands 3?

Phalanx doctrine has unlimited stacks, but I usually get up to around 70-80k at times.. plus I have regenerating health with Deathless and my bloodletter so my shields are always filling up, albeit slowly until my actual recharge turns on.

My moze doesn't have nearly that amount with same setup. I don't have plus health or shields on my artifact or mod though. I also specced all the way down blue tree also. I'm also not 53 yet on Moze though lol. Nice stuff though.

I just realized tyreen and Troy are the real children of the vault! Not the bandits!!!

Finished the main story, now level 47 and started playing on Mayhem and True Vault Hunter modes. Can I turn those modes off? They are too tough for me.

True vault hunter is for playing the game over again. You should be able to start your old game from where you left off. From there I would recommend doing the slaugterhouses just to get to lvl cap. On the mayhem end just go to top floor on ship and go to the dinosaur skull icon. You will see a podium where you can adjust that.

For now you should just focus on getting to max lvl because the good gear you get until then will be obsolete.

Thanks. Have you played the DLC? Thinking about waiting for a price drop but may get it sooner that that.

Yeah. It is pretty fun. The next dlc comes out later this month so they may have a deal. It is pretty short but if you have played bl2 and the presequel you'll get a kick out of it. There are some amazing guns and class mods as well.
 
I did. And I'm enjoying it a great deal, I like the extra things they put in like hijacking vehicles.

But multiplayer is absolutely the worst. It's so broken, it's crazy. My buddy and I can barely get through a map before it crashes out on one or both of us.
 
Sooo the new DLC is pretty cool.. anarchy is back in the form of a tediore gun and it's pretty nuts.

2 other cool things going on:

Takedown shakedown. It's funny, I had a level 50 kybs worth that I had been using, tried to get a level 53 version many times to no avail. Ran the takedown once during this event and wotan dropped 2 after my first run.. different elements too!!

The other cool thing I noticed is that vending machines are carrying legendaries now... I bought a new bloodletter class mod and a new frontloader shield.. my base shield on my build is at 87k.. with phalanx doctrine it gets up to around 140k.

That said i still die.. but damn.. I think gearbox is preparing us for the new mayhem

It's an event running to April 2nd. The legendaries in vending machines and Maliwan Takedown having extra loot drop chances. lol I'm doing it now, but I keep dying at the Valkyries because I keep falling off. I hate that! This Tediore Anarchy shotgun is ridiculous. I'm using it and just breezing through the takedown on Mayhem4 and the one I have doesn't even have an anointment on it.

Oh ok.. so now I don't have to regrind a lot of my gear to get lv 57 versions. I'm really happy with the shield and class mod I bought, as far as the weapons.. well anarchy kinda made me rethink my build entirely anyway.

There's also a COV assault rifle I got from the new DLC that has stacking damage that's pretty wild

The seeryul killer or however they misspelled it lol. There's a new relic that you get on the DLC that gives all guns that stacking ability....it's cray! The Pearl of Ineffable Knowledge. I just used that and an unanointed Anarchy and breezed through Wotan without any trouble. I'm just going to keep farming the Takedown. Seems like every badass is dropping a legendary, it's almost like the slaughtershaft.
 
Theres also a coop promotion going on. Play coop, get increased loot drops. New DLC is pretty dope so far
 
so are they gonna add in another vault hunter ?

thats gay and stupid, i dont care about that. So far i heard an saw the story was utter garbage an the game is saved by the gameplay
