I played 20 years of organized football, around 39ish I started noticing a dramatic difference in well everything, the first thing was it took me longer to recuperate, My cadio begin to suck, I had all these aches and pains.

4 years of HS ball, 16 seasons of city flag football. We had former NFLers Lupe Sanchez Steelers and former Bronco Michael Young on the team.
