Did you explore all of the floating turtle? Instead of fighting Kang-Jin, I decided to trek around and realized there were areas on the sides of the turtle you can wonder around in. Cyan is located on the right hand of the Shrine towards the bottom.

I sure didn't. I got there late at night and was trying to find a good place and turn off. Will swing back that way. Hate knowing I left some loot or boss rewards on the table.

Skill augmentations aside, one melee moveset for the whole game?

Spoke to soon. Just finished a quest line and got new crafting materials and made a spear with a different moveset. Pretty dope, going to need some time with it to see if it's a superior moveset.

Unlocked Zodiac Village in chapter 3,

which is totally missable through a side quest. Awesome sub area that puts all of the vendor NPC's in one place and unlocks the seed farming and blacksmith to upgrade armor. Total game changer as you can upgrade earlier armor sets with skills you like better

Doing the quest for the 4 Loong brothers, and the last one Yellow Loong is absolutely wrecking my shit. His combos are so long it's hard to drink a potion when low on health because you have to keep moving.

I don't recall specifics, but the masks opened some of the doors in chapter 2.

The Loong brothers quest starts in chapter 2, but ends in 4. To start it, there is a crack in the wall during a boss fight you can either have him smash or use your wandering wight spirit to smash the wall to get the Loong Scales. Then in each chapter you can use the scales to access a Loong brother boss fight.

I have, and he's smashing me even worse. I've gotten Yellow Loong close a few runs, but taking on the challenge I'm lucky if I even get him down a quarter health, but only attempted him a handful of times. He stalls his attacks and punishes the hell out of early dodging.

Finally beat that Yellow Loong bastard. Put together an amazing run and had tons of gourd uses left. 1 Kun Steel away from a huge weapon upgrade.

Went into the Chapter 4 secret area and now getting my head caved in by the scorpionlord.
