I have. It's based on the fake number of 11 million illegals they kept claiming until they found out this year that it's more than double that. I'd still rather have visa overstays who were at least checked and cleared to come here at some point than people noboy knows anything about or have been deported half a dozen times and just walk back in.

The hell are you talking about? How does the concept of VISA overstays being a minimal security risk equate to pandering to rubes about a wall? VISA overstays were in the country legally and didn't need to cross the border illegally. While the border might not be simple to cross in most places that doesn't mean it's impossible or even necessarily difficult.

That might be true but in relation to hispanics, the ones that walk over from mexico, their children commit more crime than white americans. So, in the long run, you have an increase in crime. That's not some crazy racist theory, crime rates in the US go like this, in decreasing order: Blacks, Hispanics, Whites, Asians.

It is pretty racist to attack one group for the behaviors that their children will eventually commit though.

Criminality going up for the US-born children of immigrants indicates there's a problem with US society, not immigrants themselves.

Because VISA overstay and asylum seekers represent the bulk of "new" arrivals.

People talk about a wall, when most illegals are already inside the US and the rest are being caught in the border and then processed in America (a wall wont stop asylum seekers either).

VISA overstays aren't much of a risk to national security though...correct me if I'm wrong. People who come here through a VISA have had their biometrics documented, have had background checks, and generally don't have ties to terrorists / gangs / drug cartels. People who cross our border illegally have had none of that information collected and could be anybody.

not to mention..... INCOME. Without a good amount of income, you cant make it to america.

Um no? The Trump administration managed to add $100 billion to the 2018 budget deficit (first Trump FY) and is projected to add $300 billions to the 2019s budget deficit. Thats going to be a 50% deficit increase during a boom.

Not to mention that Obama's deficit would had been even lower if Republicans had allowed the Bush tax cuts to expire.

And thankfully in America the central bank is independent, because if Trump had a say, they would be lowering the interest rate instead of rising it.

To offset the cost the govt could seize all their assets (homes, cars, etc) through asset foreiture since they were used in committing a crime.

Also, FWIW ICE has its own charter fleet but the price per passenger is higher than commercial. Government purchasing at it's finest.

A wall wouldn't really prevent that.
