Social Obama Taking His Final Vacation as POTUS

And what among those things would potentially carry a charge of treason?
  • He pressured Russia not to retaliate against the United States.
  • He spoke to a senior member of Trump's transition team about how he pressured Russia not to retaliate against the United States.
  • He owned a firm that did consultant work with the Turkish government.

The judge walked back the treason stuff, and the prosecutors would not address the judges questions about treason, but the concerns seem to surround his work for Turkey (which may be part of what Obama was warning Trump about when he admonished Trump not to hire Flynn, as Obama and Trump met before Flynn's concerning conversation and lies surrounding Kisylak )... Again though, I listed the crimes as your argument was that these crimes were somehow related to his work military intelligence, which he had been fired from in 2014 due to temperament and mismanagement issues.

  • He sat next to Putin and was paid for the appearance (details of information exchanged not specified)
  • He and other aids had 18 phone conversations with Russians nationals (details of information exchanged not specified)
  • Flynn is paid for consultant work with the Turkish government (the details of which is not specified)
^ None of these things are evidence of treason.

If the allegation that Flynn intended to accept $15 million to extradite a cleric to Turkey is true, that is shady as fuck. I don't know what statute might cover it (since he was not charged for it), but it isn't included in the statute for treason:

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
prev | next
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

It's cute how you bring up two examples out of a list of like 30, in service of your "nothing to see here! He's getting railroaded!!" narrative.

Again, this will not age well, but you can't delete this shit.

You failed to acknowledge that he did not actually have bone spurs, and merely bitched out like some fucking Ted Nugent. He can't even walk 200 meters without a golf cart, and you're going along the "He's in good shape, Bill was younger as president!!" despite Trump ALWAYS being a limp wristed, soft handed, spray tanned bitch.

As I said, top notch whoresmanship.

I said allegedly, I'll go with the story that was reported.

You're just an idiot. See ya nerd.

The guy who trusts anything the president says is gonna denigrate the intelligence of others. Laughable.

What's next, you believe he has a full head of hair, Susan?

You either didn't read or didn't comprehend the article in your own link. It's not a list of "like 30." It's a timeline. Not every bullet in the timeline is alleging a different crime. Multiple bullets are intended to support the allegation of a single crime, but still not necessarily evidence of one. The educational system may have failed you, but I believe you can do better than this. I am rooting for you.

You're defending someone as being railroaded who worked as a foreign agent towards hostile nations, and the article listed significant events.

You need rooting for, considering your side of these arguments has been talking about bombshell after bombshell that was supposed to show how corrupt this entire proceeding has been, and you've been blown the fuck out too many times to count.

Waitin for you to blow the lid off the deep state, bud!!

  • You are terrible at counting (which is basic Kindergarten math).
  • Not bombshell after bombshell. Propaganda piece after propaganda piece.
  • I have not been "blown out" once (especially not by you).

Propaganda piece. Lol. That isn't going to save Flynn, you know that, right? It's funny how a clear timeline of events is laid out, and you guys just resort to this deep state shit, over and over and over.

Yes. The Guardian's list of clear undisputed facts (that don't necessarily prove crimes and certainly don't list out 30 individual alleged crimes as previously stated). We should probably just make The Guardian our new court system and abolish the court system we currently have.

Or, we could utilize our legal system, like the OSC is doing, and prosecute Flynn for his crimes. And by the way, Flynn plead guilty to lying about the FBI regarding specific offenses on his part. He was forced, by the judge, to admit he did so with full knowledge of the law.

Even General Flynn disagrees with you dipshits about General Flynn.

About "specific offenses." Let me guess, 30 of them?

The only "offense" Flynn was charged with was providing false statements to the FBI, which was acknowledged repeatedly throughout this discussion.

And what were his admissions pertaining to?

You seem to be living in this world where he did nothing wrong, and was tricked into making false statements to the FBI about nothing illegal to the point where he had to flip to the feds and cooperate.

We cannot know if he is guilty of the things he has not been charged with because he was not charged with them. Mueller has not listed the charges he might have brought against Flynn. Flynn was only charged with giving false statements to the FBI. It was grossly irresponsible for CNN, MSNBC, and the like the convict him of "treason" even though no such charge was brought against him.

Oh, so they convicted him of treason now, did they? Or did they report about the judge's treason comments? Every fucking thing has to be some conspiracy with you guys, save the one that is unfurling as a result of the very investigation you're maligning. Goddamn.

Yeah, that's kind of where they were going with that. Flynn is a cog in the Trump treason wheel. CNN and MSNBC have been reporting on Flynn's case for quite some time now...

When did CNN convict Flynn of treason, and not simply report the judge' remarks? They were literally reporting what he did, the lying.......

Naah. Cooper was clearly connecting Flynn to being part of the Trump administration's broader network of "collusion," which is implying treason since "collusion" is not actually a crime (there is no statute for "collusion)." That video is from 2017 shortly after Flynn had to resign.

So, by talking about collusion, they were implying treason? You're folding yourself into a pretzel 5 times over at this point. Maybe they were implying conspiracy, the crime everyone but the "collusion ain't a crime!!" crowd recognizes as the likely crime.

Yes. The word treason specifically has been used by several CNN and MSNBC contributors. Conspiracy to do what? Collude? Conspiracy isn't a crime if you are not conspiring to do something criminal. If Cooper wasn't talking about treason, what the fuck was he talking about? And, what does Rachel Maddow mean when she says it's time to consider a "worst case scenario" in the Russia "collusion" allegations...

I will give you the answer. Maddow is very clearly accusing the President of treason in the above video. You are the one who has folded himself into a pretzel. You are intellectually very lazy.
