Again though, I listed the crimes as your argument was that these crimes were somehow related to his work military intelligence, which he had been fired from in 2014 due to temperament and mismanagement issues.

If the allegation that Flynn intended to accept $15 million to extradite a cleric to Turkey is true, that is shady as fuck. I don't know what statute might cover it (since he was not charged for it), but it isn't included in the statute for treason:

We cannot know if he is guilty of the things he has not been charged with because he was not charged with them. Mueller has not listed the charges he might have brought against Flynn. Flynn was only charged with giving false statements to the FBI. Yes. The word treason specifically has been used by several CNN and MSNBC contributors. Conspiracy to do what? Collude? Conspiracy isn't a crime if you are not conspiring to do something criminal.
