- He spoke to a senior member of Trump's transition team about how he pressured Russia not to retaliate against the United States.
- He owned a firm that did consultant work with the Turkish government.
The judge walked back the treason stuff, and the prosecutors would not address the judges questions about treason, but the concerns seem to surround his work for Turkey (which may be part of what Obama was warning Trump about when he admonished Trump not to hire Flynn, as Obama and Trump met before Flynn's concerning conversation and lies surrounding Kisylak )... Again though, I listed the crimes as your argument was that these crimes were somehow related to his work military intelligence, which he had been fired from in 2014 due to temperament and mismanagement issues.
