Let's say s/he/it was/were a tranny. Why would ridicule of someone's gender and biological state not be hateful? Life is hard enough for thos trapped in a body their mind does not identify with. Denigrating those folks is low just because they do not have professional identity warriors in their corner. Shame.

What if Internethero was a black female, would you insinuate her hormones were prone to make her predisposed to emotionalism more so than average? If no why not? If so wouldn't that be sexist/racist? I understand republicans being hateful and insensitive, it's in their genes. But I thought democrats were a tad more noble.

I misunderstood your question, the states delegates made that decision, when you said founding fathers I assumed you were talking about the constitution.
