What would Obama have done if he was a founding father?

LOLOL @ fanatical hate! Am I a Hitler, Jack V. Savage?![]()
Yes, I do know what it means and the logic of your argument does not follow in any way from picking a guy you think is a far out radical to somehow making me a radical.
Thanks for giving me credit though on the "What Repub could appease the Tea Party" point, by accident though it may be.
As well, Friedman has been known to laud over Chinese central planning a bit too much... as have a few other Liberal columnists, but luckily Friedman has no idea what he is talking about in this case.
not only are the democrats masters at running their own party, they are always trying to tell the republicans who their candidates should be and what message they should sell
Stopped reading at where you talked about a moderate republican supporting cap and trade.

eyeroll gif.
My point is that there are no moderate, prominent Republicans. Are you agreeing with that?
Friedman's a liberal now?
Nah. I'm just trying to define what a moderate Republican would be. I understand the exercise requires one to check one's partisanship at the door, which makes it impossible for most WR posters, but I think it's interesting.
Too bad. You missed out on some good stuff. Also, it might be a good idea to practice reading more, as most adults can take in a paragraph like that a glance.
And of course cap and trade was a Republican alternative to carbon taxes back before they decided pretty much universally that it was better to just pretend like there's no problem.

Define moderate. I think our Republicans, aside from the anti-science nuts, are too moderate.
Yes, yes he is
The anti-science nuts are 90% of the party. And I'd say someone that A) doesn't deny known facts, B) isn't ideologically extreme, and C) isn't procedurally extreme can be called a moderate.
You make a compelling case, but I'm going to have to note that no, no he isn't.

Have you ever met anyone on the right in your entire adult life?
I know lots of people on the right--friends, family, acquaintances, etc. You thinking that moderate liberals are Trotskyists suggests to me that you've never met anyone who isn't on the far right. But more likely, you're just trying to be annoying or you think that kind of thing is convincing rubes.
You're not a very moderate Liberal, in fact, you spend most of your time calling people idiots, hateful, racists, or religious radicals because they disagree with your to the left views.
You've done it several times in this very thread.
Since you insist on turning every discussion you're involved with personal, why don't you tell me what position of mine isn't moderate?
You really think that they are 90% anti-science nuts? That seems high.
This post would be more effective if you tossed a "hateful" into it.![]()
jack you're the biggest obama fluffer on this board, he doesn't have moderate bone in his body (insert joke here) I'm not going to say you never disagree with him but it's safe to say always defend him
So again you choose immature OT-style stuff over answering a simple question. And again I conclude that you can't defend your whines.
