Today would have been the Avengers meet. Tried to time it out like a meet, spread it over 3 hours and paced myself. Tried to leave enough in the tank, but still chase PRs, just in case I can get into the CT meet next.

Bench Press: Elbow and shoulder were OK, flared up after squat, but that was expected. Managed a nice little 2.5 pr. Pause could have been longer, butt definitely stayed down though. If the meet happens we want to go for a 9 RPE at most on squat to spare energy for 200 to happen in the meet.

Pro:
- Made every effort, within reason, to participate in a meet (2 rescheduled, 1 cancelled)
- Rushed meet prep and extended taper/peak worked out
- Pains were at about 0 on meet day
- Bodyweight was finally above 110
- Was able to provide solid advice to several first time powerlifters

Cons:
- Was not comfortable on older Elieko combo rack bench, need to be prepared next time
- Did not keep up with hydration, piss during meet was too yellow, drug test piss after was worse
- When things are feeling good I have to make better calls
- I need to download several songs on to the phone for "amping up", no wifi and poor cell reception
led to choppy songs or no songs
- Need to stay focused during warmups, was a little behind for squats and deadlifts that lead to
some rushing

1:00: 2x Tylenol, 1 aspirin
3:45: started to sip PWO, 1 Gold standard, 1 Ben Esgro stuff
4:30ish: Squat

It looked like 200 bench was there. If you had done it as your 1st or 2nd set you'd have got it.

Your deadlifts and squats looked like a breeze. You'll probably notch 600+ squat and 700+ deadlift in a couple months if you want it.

Thanks man. Yeah all 3 of those are the goals for March, 272.5+, 200 as a 2nd attempt, and 317.5 for deadlift. Hoping my rescheduled meet takes place in late March, I think it could be a big one.
