I have probably called it a couple of things. I have a pair of tie up ankle braces I used for basketball, when I played years ago. Right now I use that or a neoprene sleeve my left ankle, I have alot of pain in there when I go into a deep squat position and they help with that. My coach says I favor my left side when I dip for the jerk so I am thinking of wearing them on both ankles to see if that changes things.
