Fuck that.If this "sport" can't survive without athletes having access to banned substances then let it die.
Fuck that.
If you need drugs to help your body recoop and have proper training camps then why not? These guys train 6 days a week all day of grueling exercise.
Novitzky is a nerd. He didn't even know weight cutting was a big part of combat sports. Probably never even watched MMA prior to being hired by the UFC.
Lol wish I was. He mentioned it not long after he was first hired. I'm also quite sure he was wearing a pocket protector at the time of his comments.
LOL thanks mate. Jeff Novitzky is the guy who jocks pushed into lockers and gave swirlies to in high school. When they walked away he mumbled to himself "Wait til I grow up, I'll show you guys."Of all the criticisms of USADA, Novitzky being a dork is my favorite one so far
This is why I love you m8

How you figure? If I'm a murderer and fear of being put to death won't stop me from killing, why would a fighter be afraid of doping? Lol. Sport will never be clean guy, that's not the game. Nor is it the nature of humans, people will always take chances at getting away with something against the rules.Even if Just Bleeders don't get it, this is actually really good for the sport. Once all the fighters get it into their head that they will be caught if they juice they will stop doing it and not only will the playing field level out but also will less events be affected by short notice busts. This will be a very short time of painful adjustment on a way to a clean and legit sport.
you two are implying people didnt demand a clean sport on these boards? Yes Sherdog represents a small percentage of the ufc fanbase but US sportsfans in general complain about fair competition all the time.
@Wadtucket@dimspace just blew his wad

This line "Sometimes one or two of those needs to happen for everybody to open their eyes." does not sit well with me.
To me, it's like he is almost insinuating that they only make certain positive tests public, to show that the program works.
Me too... me too.@dimspace just blew his wad
