He is HUGE at WW tho. Magny usually towers everybody and is all lanky but Machado was taller and bigger.

He has T-Rex arms. A 74 inch reach at 6'3 is short.

Magny used to be the gatekeeper for the top10 at WW, not for tittle contention.
Nowadays, not even that. He had just arguably lost to unranked Rowe as well as to unranked Griffin, apart from being dominated 50-45 by Chiesa.

It was a good performance by Garry if he wasnt overhyped. For a guy hyped up as a tittle contender in the near future, it was rather dissappointing

I believe Neil was ranked 11. Beating him makes you ranked. At worst Garry is number 11 now. You might not like it but Garry is ranked and he is going to make his bid for a title eliminator a few fights down the line.

Looking forward to it. Wish his next fight is vs Holland/JDM winner. I like his fighting style, I just dont think he is that good at it as he is given credit for.

I have good enough notion about what Magny is at the moment. He kept his #11 spot by SDs vs unranked opponents. Its a legit win over a tough crafty late replacement vet. Its not that good to sell this:

Garry reminds me of Lorenz Larkin. Good fighter but won't quite be a title challenger. He should try to improve his persona though. He's not really doing a great job building a fan base. I mean even O'Malley had some shit to say about him
