Really? For Entertainment, sure Chavezito vs Froch would be a better fight but Hopkins is right, it's picking an easy fight from Froch's side. Hopkins would be more of an even fight.

As soon as I Heard Froch was after Chavez Jr I thought the mexican would have the senses to avoid it. He doesn't seem to though.

I disagree with that. I think Chavez is a tougher fight than Hopkins. I haven't thought Hopkins looked good in several years, and he looked like a dead man walking against Kovalev. Hopkins is finished.

Are you saying he's "done" but not "finished"? I'm confused as to how much you think this 50-year old has left in the tank.

I'm basing it on the savage beating he just took from Kovalev, but also the last several years during which he's looked slow and awful to me while fighting bums.

When he fought Shumenov I thought it looked like any decent fighter would punish him. He looked so slow and shitty, while still somehow dominating, that I was very close to saying that fight looked fixed.
