No word yet from Dana on the BS decision?

I do this rarely but I scored round 1 10-10 because I didn't think either fighter did enough to win it becuase of a lot of posturing, dancing, and 1 punch combinations. Anyway I scored it

Round 1: 10-10 even
Round 2: 10-9 Pearson (because of the knockdown)
Round 3: 10-9 Pearson (he landed with more accuracy)

Final Card: 30-28 Pearson

If you wanted to split rounds 2 and 3 than call it a draw but there's no way Sanchez won 30-27.

I tried to put ten large on Diego bleeding during the fight. Thought it would be a safe bet. Funnily enough they didn't take it.

Diego won 29-28, deal with it brAh. Pearson didn't do anything spectacular to win it. He was just running and jabbing . Do the math do the homework

ross out struck him all 3 rounds, got the only takedown of the fight, and dropped nightmare. what 2 rounds do u think he won?

you had 10g's on diego to win by split? What was the payout?

I find that pretty hard to believe. How do you even find a bookie willing to take 10g's..

I'm not saying he did bet that much but it's not hard to bet $10K on a fight, not all bookies are small time. also you can bet on sporting events at casinos in some states.

This is a real kick in the baws for Ross, his record in the UFC (7-4-1 NC) makes him look like a journeyman and candidate for the chopping block, but in reality he he should be sitting on a very respectable

9 Wins
2 Losses
1 No contest

Judging in MMA has became so comical that we are actually surprised when a event passes unblemished.

It's pretty fucking disgusting, really. It really makes me ill to lose money that way. At least if the better man won and you backed the wrong guy you can learn from it. Can't learn a fucking thing from bullshit like that.

Anyone who says Diego won should just stop watching mma. I hate when people call fights robberies but I had money on Diego and still thought that was the worste call I've ever seen. Diego just swung at air and was countered after every punch for 3 rounds. I mean he didn't do ANYTHING.

The decision was insane. You can't really go by the crowd though cause they all loved Diego. Feel bad for Pearson.

I dunno man, there's a lot of times Ross looks like he's just trying to win on points. Last night was another of those cases. Not saying he should have lost, but Ross needs to show some fuckin urgency if he wants to start making a run in the UFC.

You didn't watch the fight.

He drop him was landing to the body landed hard shot and a flying knee. Diago is not a fight to get into a brawl with.

I would argue he's not someone to try to win a decision (in his home town) from either.

Diego has been stopped ONCE in 32 fights, so how is this a valid point? Pierson hit him with clean shots all night long. To anyone with eyes, he won the fight.

I thought Pearson won, but I don't think it's as bad as people are saying, ie "Worst decision I've ever seen."

It's not that the decision was THAT bad... it's that Sanchez is joining the likes of Leonard Garcia in that no matter how badly he gets his ass kicked (and he did), all he has to do for a win is throw horrible, sloppy strikes and yell "HI-YAH!" when he does it. Pearson had rounds 2 and 3 clear as day, and Sanchez did nothing in round 1 to change that.

it definately wasnt the worse robbery and it was competative but it was certainly down right awful. 12 of 13 major online mma judging outlets had it 30-27 pearson. and pearson wasnt backing up the whole time he pushed forward alot.

I agree, he could have avoided this mess with a bit more urgency and aggression, but that doesn't excuse the shocking judging.

Pearson fought that fight more intelligently than I've ever seen him fight. It's so easy to get into a brawl with Sanchez (which at this point in his career, is his ONLY strength... his takedowns are absolute garbage and he has no business shooting for single legs), and Pearson kept it nice and technical. He was hitting more often, he was hitting harder and cleaner, and at no point was Sanchez able to mount any sort of berserk attack.

Also, does anyone have a gif of Sanchez's awful little spin in the third round, where he more or less jumped into Pearson's arms like he wanted to be cradled?
