did you have trouble breathing or was it only for cosmetic reasons? cause i got trouble breathing and im supposed to have surgery but i dont wanna go through with it
 
trouble breathing. Apparently they reduced the overall size of the tissues surrounding the nasal concha with some radioactive rode. What type of surgery are you supposed to have, mate?
 
i dont know exactly the medical term but i have trouble breathing and i have to breath through my mouth because one of the two nostrils is always blocked or something

Lol. Im an idiot (what else is new?). I thought I had 200 on the bar, and was really happy when I got 7 reeps. Got very dissapointed when I realised I had 190 on the bar...
I still wanted to take 200 for a ride, and got 5. Not bad considering the set before.
Its a 5RM PR ive been wantng for a long time. I know i've had it in me, but never actually done it..

Finally I can say that I bench 150, and not 147.5. Whole numbers ftw

May have just been me, but the depth looked better on the 200 set (looked great on the 190 set too).
