Unracked the 180 squat, and realised I didnt have my belt on, I usually put it on before that. I could rack the bar and put on a belt, but that would be gaaay. So I continued without it, felt fine. So I continued with 190, for the lulz. 190 felt heavy, though. Hit my sticking point a couple of times. Press was heavy aswell, but 75 for 3 x 3, is probably a pr of some sort. So this day was heavier than it was supposed to be, I think. Sorry boris
