Day started of good, but then turned to shit :icon_conf
squats looked good. Thats a beltless pr. Bench I stalled midway, I had a sticking point there at 145 too.
On deadlfits I missed 245, due to grip. First attempt at 261 I couldnt get it off the floor... The second one I got it to my knees, but couldnt pull it up. Technique looked like garbage too.
Very dissapointing, as I went in and thought that I might get 272. A little to optimistic as usual.
Plan:
1400 pl total is still the goal. So I need a deadlift PR before the end of the year.
I think I can manage benching 150kg. Im going to belt up on squats and chase the 227.5.
