Felt okay, did a double just for the lulz. Belt can still get a notch tighter
Bench was hard. Hopefully it gets better soon. Have sucked the last 4-5 days.
Not sure what to do next cycle - might not add weight if this continues :sadface:

Im soon getting over the cold. Hip still hurt a bit. Pec feels good
