Yeah, lol.
The only programs that has helped my bench besides noob gains has been peaking programs such as MM2K, add50 and Smolov!
Im going to ask my dad for some reccomendations and / or do sheiko in 2013. Hoping that will be a great bench press year for me.
 
You should consider the Cratos press program. You press 2x a week with a good mix of volume and intensity based on prilipellins table. Ive been doing it for 4 months now with steady progress.

Well, 210 today was a +5 PR. But the depth wasnt good.
I did a 205 squat in august, and a 195 at the end of last year-

I guess shit happens, but the fact is, that im not just not strong enough.

Im glad I managed to get back after a fail. Very rare that i manage that. My depth is as most of times lacking, so its a little bittersweet tasting PR. 220 went crashing again. But it felt alot better this time, and I got some momentum on it, but was way to tired.

if i were you id take some time to improve my form, thats what i did when miaou told me my form sucked lol
