Those front squats didn't look that bad, man. Also, there is no such thing as "legal" front squats; front squats aren't a contested lift, so just use your own max ROM. Are you wearing oly shoes?

I listen to alot of things, I got a pretty varied music taste. I mostly listen to rap, but the thing is, there's more rap I dont like then I like.
I pretty much dont like any mainstream music.

Also I listen to some post rock (explosions in the sky, Emancipator), and other types of instrumental music, such as composers from movies and the like, for example Ennio Morricone, which imo is just amazing. And more modern such as Two steps from hell

And I also like a good amount of rock, like the music above - Which I found from an awesome documentary, which I highly recommend - Exit Through the gift shop.
Mumford and sons are great, and so are other bands. Sometimes I listen to metal also, but not for a long period of time, because then It just sounds like alot of noice. lol

Not wearing oly shoes. Ive debated whetever I buy some or not. But im not sure if its worth spending money on.

Yeah, without oly shoes it can be pretty hard (and for some people impossible, depending on their dorsiflexion ROM) to hit good depth with the front squats.

I have a similar issue with my front squats and I've also thought about getting a pair of oly shoes but have not been able to justify the expense to myself yet.

This was the last heavy squat session before testing. Will do a "light" squat session on thursday, and then test on tuesdays or something (got exams on monday, so cant then)

Man, you've been pounding the high-rep work lately. Maybe you should take a week or two to concentrate on some singles/doubles/triples working your way up to heavier weights before you go for maxes. I mean, just the other day you went for a true 10 rep max.

Also, no-fap cult? As in "permanent no-fapping"?

True, but I have been doing heavy triples also, as T3 is about switching between triples / fives / tens. Im going to do a heavy single / or maxing for the next couple of week, untill Im happy with my performance.

If you got a better plan, id love to hear it :), as my plan is not really a plan at all.
Im fairly bad at doing shit based on percentages, except if they are russian (smolov)
 
One thing I might do could be to just take a few sessions where I'd work to one top single/double/triple for the day, and then do a few heavy~ish (but not max) singles or doubles, working on polishing my form and muscle activation with heavy weights (and maybe another drop-back set or two, if I feel the overall volume is too low, but not anything close to my true rep maxes).


I did the no-fap-february thing last feb, but this permanent-no-fap cult sounds pretty hardcore. I hope you have a gf close at hand for emergencies! Is there a specific reason you're doing that?

Thats sort of what I have planned, but if I feel good, I plan on going for a PR.
But only doing singles.

You guys are crazy. I did a no-fap for seven days back in Oct. It was hell, but was extremely rewarding when my ex came up at the end of that week. If you want to be technical, it turned into a no-fap for 11 days since she was here for four.
 
When my son was born I did 3+ months with no fap. Or any other form of relief. That's when I was a cardio machine, 20+km every other day.

lol, yes. I do some pushups or go for a walk when I get some ehh, urges. Been listening to ebooks while on walks also, so in a way no-fap might make me smarter.
