Yeah, I'd be in this log more often but I spend the majority of my sherdogging time at work. Docs/nurses/pts walk by where I am so often!

Notes
After vacation, will take squats down a notch and do 531 for powerlifters for 6ish weeks, then ill do smolov and hopefully will end up with a good PR.
Next week some heavy benching and deads, then some volume workouts before deload :D

Tried some heavy deadlifts today
got up 220, and thought of trying 230, but no fucking way I would of gotten it.
tried some benching, and did a hard rep at 120.
So it feels like ive wasted 5 months of training and havent gotten a single kilo out of the two lifts I wanted to progress at.
Lifting sucks.

Sorry to hear that.

Now you have to look back and think what you didn't do right, and what you did do right, and figure out how to improve based on that. And also, post some more GIFs of women with big breasts dancing in bikinis. Do that too.
 
Keep your head up CRZA. As Jaunty said above, you'll eventually figure out what works best for you, and what doesn't work so well, and progress will resume.
