well.
Tried some heavy deadlifts today
got up 220, and thought of trying 230, but no fucking way I would of gotten it.
tried some benching, and did a hard rep at 120.
So it feels like ive wasted 5 months of training and havent gotten a single kilo out of the two lifts I wanted to progress at.
Lifting sucks.
