Any tips for grip work? I bought one of those commercial grippers at GNC and never got around including it in my routine.

I just started with grippers so I have no idea, ask Squat More. But you cant really do alot with a commercial gripper with no levels. You can only increase your max reps and well, thats kinda boring.Any tips for grip work? I bought one of those commercial grippers at GNC and never got around including it in my routine.
yes, for sure. Kinda like having only a 50kg bar weight and then trying to increase your squat max. wont get you far..There's your first problem :icon_lol:

I bought them because i just wanted to try out grip training and CoC was way over my budget. For about $20 i got this set and i used the extra cash to buy some more weight plates.

Yeah, i figured this set would be a good start. In case i'm not able to squeeze in grip training in my routine, then i'm only out $20. I guess they're fine, but then again i haven't tried out the Vulcans and CoC. Ignorance is bliss.
