No Rest for the Weary

My body wasnt on top today, but it seemed to help with the speed, so thanks :D
 
Didnt train last night. had to go to the doctor. Saw that my eczema started devoloping badly, and thought it might be staph, as Ive had it twice before. Turns out I got Impedigo, which is caused by the staph bacteria. Got antibiotics, so it should be cleared out in a few days / a week. Also, DO NOT SEARCH FOR IMAGES ON GOOGLE ON ANY SKIN INFECTION OR DISEASE, its disgusting as hell and leaves you with nightmares.

The sort of bad / cool thing is I got a little on my face too, so im starting to look like two face

Isnt pressing weird like that? It's my favorite movement and I probably practice it more than anything else but I'm still unsure on how to properly warm up for max attempts. Sometimes I need a lot of warmup sets, sometimes all I need is singles. Its like any little thing can effect the outcome of a press day

Resting my lower body today, feeling really tired after tuesday's session. Tried some snatches at beggining, but quit quickly.

Changing grip width each set. Strangely enough when I close grip the bar speed is the fastest.

Now a deload week, which will consists of alot of oly work, since the weightlifting WC is on tv and I get easily inspired.

unrelated to the log, but ill probably stop doing mma traning for a while. Not really any motivation in me right now. got staph in juny, kept me out for 3 weeks, hurt me knee right after summer vacation, couldnt train propely for over a month, got healthy, and now got staph in the end of october.. :icon_neut

Is it possible to do Jerks, without having to drop the bar. I cant drop the bar at home.
How would I program it? Also, no lifting for 3 days, im starting to get worried :D ?

Yes, you can. I just lower it a bit quicker than i would a press.

Both, It depends on my mood. If i do splits I actually do 2 reps. I like jerking a lot.
