With military press try to push your head trough as soon as possible. Also make note of this while you are pressing the lighter sets fast.

Hah, Im going to to a good amount of assistance the first weeks, when the weight on smolov gets heavier, ill do less assistance.Goddamn. That's a hell of a lot of work for one session.
Got some more music for you... modern classical composer called Johann Johannsson. He seems especially keen on combining orchestral stuff with electronic sounds. One of his compositions is called "IBM 1401, A User's Manual"... it's actually very good.
