Hey nice log and nice gifs ;)

With military press try to push your head trough as soon as possible. Also make note of this while you are pressing the lighter sets fast.

Keep it up
Thanks for the tip. I def. need to work on that. The max attempt was horrible form, I know. Im ashamed :icon_lol: Thanks for stopping by!
Goddamn. That's a hell of a lot of work for one session.
Hah, Im going to to a good amount of assistance the first weeks, when the weight on smolov gets heavier, ill do less assistance.

Got some more music for you... modern classical composer called Johann Johannsson. He seems especially keen on combining orchestral stuff with electronic sounds. One of his compositions is called "IBM 1401, A User's Manual"... it's actually very good.

Here's the final movement:

Nice. Thanks. Ill def. keep him in my playlist!

Still going strong there bull :) Good lifts as always!
Im trying my best, thanks :icon_chee

Felt fairly easy, form was ok, depth was ok, should go deeper on some reps
5th set was very good + I misplaced the belt and used the 4th hole (normally 3rd, sometimes 2nd). Last rep paused on each set to show my superiority.

Press:
bar x 8
40 x 5
60 x 2
belt
70 x 1,1,1,1,1,1 meh.
60 x 4,4,5

RDLs:

I love RDL's, but they have one huge "side effect" - extreme soreness. Made it hard to do proper form for low bar squats. In 2 weeks im supposed to do 155 :O and then two weeks later 160 :O.

Overhead press
bar x 8
40 x 5
60 x 1
belt
70 x 1,1,1,1,1,1,1
60kg x 4,5,5
overhead felt good

Are you subject to any strict programming or just doing whatevs?? Seems like you use a lot of time in your approach on the cleans.

I asked Arlecchino how I would program my full cleans. Been doing power cleans / full cleans on and off, and never really stayed consistant, during lack of progress. My best ever was 85kg, He suggested I would go for singles, increasing the weight untill I miss or technique gets bad. Been doing it for maybe 6 weeks or so, and have gained 10kgs (95kg is max atm). Havent been able to progress much the last 2 weeks, so If you got some ideas, they are very welcome. 100kg is haunting me.

I concur with his input and would recommend the same thing. The only thing that I would offer is to not spend so much time getting there. If your max is 95 and you're trying to land a PR approach with perhaps, bar, 50x3, 60x2, 70x2, 80x1, 85x1, 88x1, 92x1, 95x1, 98, 100, etc...

What I'm saying is that if you're crisp and consistent at 85 don't muck about. Get above that and do work. Also, I've found back off work to be beneficial. If you hit say 100 back off to a pretty triple at 80. If you miss 95 three times perhaps go to 78, clear your head, and do three crisp reps. Ending on a good note is always a good thing. Good both in regards to weight moved and technique used.

Also if I'm reading it correctly you cleaned 80 once and then squatted it 6 times?? What is your best front squat? Is there a reason to you decided to FS 80 6 times? Confidence??

Had anyone looked at your technique?? No offense but you could be missing PRs because of a technical error and it have nothing to do with strength.

Also, and this may be semi controversial, but if you are doing proper LB squats I wouldn't even RDL often. Perhaps once every two weeks if that.

Just here for kate upton.

I've been experimenting with doing more work and less work with cleans. Less work seem to work better, so i will stick with that approach. I like back off sets, ill start doing them. You misunderstood the squat part, bad explaination. I did a clean, racked the bar and did 6 back squats, so i would not have to start over with the bar to warm up for my squats. No offence taken, i think most of my misses are caused by technique. Specifically not getting under the bar fast enough. Never had anyone check my technique. I have posted a few videos in this log. But bad quality and dark room makes it hard to see whats going on, allthough arlechino has tried to help. I might drop the rdls. Thanks for commenting. Lol, cant blame you, belph.

Solid squatting. Keep up the cleaning to. Maybe you'll join us on the dark side one day! (oly) :)

Also, my votes on Hillary over Kate. But i could be biased because of her nudes!

Ive always found oly lifting to be the most fun and impressive power sport, so there's a possibility. I think I agree with you, but Kate is still so young :icon_twis and she may have the greatest breasts ever

Ah, CRZA, my young Padawan... there are three tests by which breasts must be evaluated: the clothed criterion (how good they look with bra on), the unclothed criterion (how good they look bra off and unsupported), and of course the touch & feel sense. Of course, with celebrities it is harder to administer the touch & feel test (not that we should not try) so we are forced to restrict ourselves to the first two. Sadly, the unclothed test is often a killer. On any number of occasions a beautiful celebrity has been revealed as highly disappointing- Teri Hatcher, Jennifer Aniston, Elizabeth Hurley. Elizabeth Hurley was particularly tragic as everyone expecting her to be pretty spectacular based on the dress with the pins. But no.

Judging from the 'Body Paint' pictures of Kate Upton, I would say that while very far from a disappointment, she definitely doesn't score as high on the 'unclothed boob' scale as she does on the 'clothed boob' scale.

Aw shucks. I thought she was really hot back in the day.

I agree Jaunty and I appriciate your input. Now let me ask, do you rank fake / real breasts equal ? Im fairly sure Kate's are a rare gift of nature, while Hillary fishers breasts are a combination of operations and great genetics. They do look amazing unclothed as ive seen several videos and photos for observation.

lower back was sore and felt tired, so its most likely one of the causes for a bad squat and clean day. Another thing is high rep squats, which makes me angry, so i rush trough them and form suffer, the fatigue doesnt help either. Ok, enough excuses. True, curls always makes a session better.
