No Rest for the Weary

its a pussified version of smolov, done 2 times a week over 6 weeks. I think going from squatting once a week till 4 times a week might be too dramatic. Should put my squat at 200kg before the year with some hard work and food. :D
 
I came here to check out the lifting, then I found the womenz and forgot all about it. :icon_lol:
 
Great dead lift. Maybe a heavier single or 2 before the PR would've helped

With military press try to push your head trough as soon as possible. Also make note of this while you are pressing the lighter sets fast.

Got some more music for you... modern classical composer called Johann Johannsson. He seems especially keen on combining orchestral stuff with electronic sounds. One of his compositions is called "IBM 1401, A User's Manual"... it's actually very good.
