Anybody find it odd that there really isn't any promotion going on for the Jones/Gus bout??

Is it one of the draw backs from losing out on Fox.

I know that ESPN hasn't kicked in yet, but even though there deal centers more around the online streaming rather than being broadcasted on the network.

Is WME to cheap to dish out the air time funds??

Or do they have little faith in Jon Jones not fucking up that they refuse to give him any media push??

Or is the UFC just dying??

Any other reasons you can think of??

Do you not follow fights much? Embedded doesn't drop till the Monday of the fight. Every single time. I've seen the commercials for this fight A WHOLE LOT.

Espn is in full college ftball playoff and nfl season winding down mode

It's Christmas. People won't even be paying attention until after Boxing Day.

End of year cards are good but also bad for this reason.
Promotion will pick up soon.

Might see Jones & Gus on ESPN next week.

UFC is a cool company... When a fighter doesn't get paid well, it is the fighter's fault; when they don't show up to the public, it is their fault for not being more markeatable... UFC do nothing and receive all the credits for doing things. A fucking joke.
