Law No more nationwide injunctions from district judges

That's part of it. This administration has also deported kids who are US Citizens with their undocumented parents without contacting Family in the US (even when the other parent is a citizen, that parent wasnt contacted). There have been a few cases of this. And the CATO report also exposed that the administration is not targeting convicted criminals or people with any criminal History, they're just profiling people. Which is why your pals have had to adopt the "anyone illegal is a criminal by default" argument even louder, neglecting the difference between a civil infraction and a criminal one.

Green card holders have been deported, citizens have been deported, veterans have been deported, people in processing have been deported, all in the name of the rampant xenophobia

First look at the dates.

If the child is a citizen they give the parents the choice of if the child goes with them. Parents should always have that right.

Having a green card doesn't mean they can't revoke that green card and deport you for a huge list of reasons.

lol wat? The democrats are the wealthy, credentialed class, complaining they won’t have cheap labor to pick their crops and clean their homes, which is more like Saudi Arabia

Lolwuuuut?!?!

The Republicans have much more billionaire donors on average, much better funded fake media cycles, and now encompass the Tech Broligarchs having essentially bought the election. Rolling back child labor laws in multiple States and removing constitutional protections so they can simultaneously attempt to bolster their preferred demographic while fully intending to subjugate those they always have felt were 2nd-class citizens, meanwhile reaping the benefits from their intended plantation States South of the border via economic domination (austerity) or outright War (suggested War with Mexico).

Also you want theocratic rule as the foundation for all this sh*t, which opens the door for self-proclaimed "chosen ones" as Trump has repeatedly asserted and you applaud. Kingdom of America, thanks to your vote lol

Yeah I'm aware of the dates. Trump's first term. Parents dont have that right currently. And Green cards dont need to be arbitrarily revoked to reduce the number of Latinos

Show me your papers America:

There is already a procedure for that. It's called a class action law suit. In this case, and many others, people are taking taking one or two plantiffs to a preferred federal judge and getting a nation wide injunction.
If this was such a problem, why did the GOP oppose randomizing case assignments to reduce forum shopping?

100%.....democrats are absolutely shook that their jobs program known as "illegal immigration" is coming to an end. They know American citizens won't work for those low wages as nannies, maids, and lawn guys. The Democrat base is extremely wealthy people and everyone knows they love to hire illegals who will work for poverty wages.

And in the meantime, impacted people are just fucked?

No point in derailing the thread, but there is a reason the 2A wasn't found to be an individual right until a couple hundred years after the constitution was written.

If you are here ileagly you don't have the right to stay. If the administration that was in charge let you stay it doesn't mean the next one has to allow it. So yes if you came here legally and got a pass then that administration fucked you in the end.

The 2nd is a good example of how things can change. Im not going to argue about it but using it as an example of how things can change.

What's wrong with their quality compared to the average Supreme Court judge?

He doesnt pick the justice in a literal cult which requires her husband to approve of all her decisions, nor the justice who views Executive authority as essentially the same as Monarchical power as poor quality.

No, it's "teh Libz"

That's not the question. This is an attempt to strip US citizens of their citizenship.

That's what your handwaving away.

The dates include Obama along with Trump. Parents do have the right to take their child with them if they are deported even if the child is a US citizen. Once the child is 18 they can legally return to the US if they choose.

I'm just curious what issue they have with the intellectual rigor of those justices when you have Thomas claiming something so obviously false as there's a historical justification for abortion but not anti-miscegenation laws.

This is a comically retarded perspective coming from anyone who votes against actually documenting immigrants and worker protections. That's your preferred side buddy. Because there is NO way anyone in here putting for this absurdity thinks they should be paid high wages for the work they do as an industry standard, or that they should be allowed to unionize, and it's not their fault, culturally, that those jobs became less desirable due to such policy practices.

But hey I have a solutuon!! Go back to letting 10 year-olds do the bulk of lawn care in the suburbs, and 12 year-olds (girls only of course, dont want no boys doing womyn's work) clean and take care of your kids.

Wait, you're looking for a logical response?

Lol

It's all vibes and feelings, paired with misinterpretation of the document they've not read.

Media cycles? Lol they have msnbc, cnn, NPR, basically every major news and magazine.

You guys are so unhinged with your bullshit lol

The birth right citizenship. The question is are they by the constitution citizens if their parent's came here ileagly. That is a valid question. I think the way its written the Supreme Court will say they are. However there is nothing wrong with getting them to rule on it. The same with gun control laws they have decided on. We lost one on their decision on that recently but that's the way goes.

It's as valid a question as asking if the world is flat. There's no argument, whether textual or historical, that the US has ever distinguished the parent's citizenship when granting it.

Otherwise quite a few of the founding fathers would have not been US citizens.

That you can't see any harms that people will suffer in the meantime is malice.

The problem with this current ruling, is that Trump is now allowed to deport them until they rule on birthright citizenship. Instead of not allowed to deport them while waiting for that official ruling.

He does see the harm, because it is malice
