Law No more nationwide injunctions from district judges

As far as birth right citizenship itself it can still go to thr court this dors not stop that.

I believe Trump will lose on that and it will take a change to the constitution to change that and I don't think that will happen. That's just my opinion and I could be wrong.
Sure but those cases take time. And now Trump and his administration have months to deport US citizens to countries they've seen because no one can tell them never to stop anymore.

They cannot deported US citizen and that is not happening.

What the democrats ate throwing fits about is non citizens that were illegally here bit given as pass to stay and Trump says that pass is no longer valid, which is his right. No law was passed to allow them to stay. It was an order by the Biden administration. Trump has the right to stop that the same the Obama or Biden did with any Trump administration.

It's the natural reaction to the radical left incessantly pushing a leftist Federal judiciary dictatorship

Now imagine if Hillary had won and there was a liberal majority, all like Jackson, on the Supreme Court. That is fucking frightening.

Glad to see the ruling. I figured it was coming eventually.

As for the huge illegal immigration issue, many Democrats agree with GOP voters that Biden's open borders have been a huge problem for the country.

More Dems Now Want Less, Not More, Immigration

1 in 5 Democrats now want to deport all illegals.

It absolutely is happening. The right wing CATO institute has confirmed it. Over 70 US Citizens deported and counting.

The three liberal judges on the bench are the lowest quality I’ve ever seen and it’s not close
I’ll sit down soon and read the full decision, but it doesn’t make a ton of sense to me.

In an instance like this, where the federal government seeks to take citizenship away from a whole group of people en masse, how would anyone outside of the injunction’s scope get relief?

In other words, if the injunction only applies to a limited number of people, the government could consider all other people in this group as non-citizens, and move to deport them. Let’s say the suit that challenges the merits of the EO gets to SCOTUS, and SCOTUS strikes down the EO as unconstitutional.
—How does anyone who has been deported get relief? Are we expecting the government to “facilitate” all of their returns? Are these people expected to find their way back to the US on their own somehow? They certainly can’t sue, as they’ll be outside the US and no court where they are at would have jurisdiction.

Seems like a messy and incomprehensible decision, which I guess is what the Roberts Court is known for.

So does this make him closer to becoming the king he’s always wanted to be? I’m hearing birthright citizenship is on the table again. Why would we want to discourage families from investing their child’s future in this country? I feel we’re going to be a far weaker country in the long term from all these drastic changes. Can’t say we weren’t warned. I guess people like this.

Is this what you are talking about.

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) identified that ICE may have deported as many as 70 U.S. citizens between 2015 and 2020, according to the American Immigration Council.

That's part of it. This administration has also deported kids who are US Citizens with their undocumented parents without contacting Family in the US (even when the other parent is a citizen, that parent wasnt contacted). There have been a few cases of this. And the CATO report also exposed that the administration is not targeting convicted criminals or people with any criminal History, they're just profiling people. Which is why your pals have had to adopt the "anyone illegal is a criminal by default" argument even louder, neglecting the difference between a civil infraction and a criminal one.

Green card holders have been deported, citizens have been deported, veterans have been deported, people in processing have been deported, all in the name of the rampant xenophobia

Which is why it will go to the Supreme Court and their decision will affect the whole country.
And in the meantime, impacted people are just fucked?
And the Supreme Court will rule on that case and I believe Trump will lose. It i believe will take a change to the constitution to do that.

However look at the 2nd amendment how its written and the restrictions that the court has allowed on that so its possible.
No point in derailing the thread, but there is a reason the 2A wasn't found to be an individual right until a couple hundred years after the constitution was written.

There is already a procedure for that. It's called a class action law suit. In this case, and many others, people are taking taking one or two plantiffs to a preferred federal judge and getting a nation wide injunction.
