As far as i know, only a few PEDs *can* mess your hairline up.
I also don't think Nick is or was the only UFC fighter who is or was clean.
(I guess he was one of the few clean guys pre USADA though.)

Nick's physique looks good. At 39, I may be a month away from looking like that myself. I can confirm that, that physique is achievable without steroids.

That said, I do take protein powder, pre workout, creatine, ephedrine hcl and some vitamins in addition to working out.

I first hit the vacuum pose early this year. That was a milestone for me. Prior to that I had something similar to Joe Rogans gut except not as extreme. So there's that.

i'm a huge fan of nick, but that's not, "incredible shape" lol. he's wasting his prime. the guy has to either stop pretending that he's going to fight, or actually sign for a fight. i don't get what his angle is here, aside from keeping his name out there for other business ventures. who knows.
