Well for starters I have no problem accepting my own identity and don't need to play dress up.

I can procreate. Which is kind of important if you want to sustain a healthy population.

I didn't do a scumbag move like stick a bunch of covid positive people into nursing homes knowing the risk while I took my mother out. So there is that.

I'm not high risk for suicide.

As for my professional career I'd say I've succeeded since I've managed to have a long and healthy career in a highly competitive field and amassed a good chunk of wealth along the way.
