First, Israel does not allow JEWS ONLY to get citizenship. It allows immigration to non jews as well and you'd be surprised, to Arabs and Muslims too based on marriage and family reasons just like most countries in the world do.

As the only jewish state, it allow immigration to any jew. This came from the old days where israel was small and needed to increase the population and also to encourage jews to move to Israel.

If this is discriminatory then also is the affirmative action in American university.

And Israel is not withholding the tax owed to the Palestinians. It is deducting the money owed to the Israeli companies from that tax.
