As it happens, I'm doing fairly well, as is the province. Me and the missus just bought a 2-bedroon condo downtown, a 10 minute walk from work and and next to a park; and our mortgage(+condo fees) is about $1400 a month (try not to be jealous), but rent, even in some areas you'd expect to be "low rent" is significantly higher than that for a 2-bedroom. That is the real issue people should be talking about.
