My state scammed me

Can you still abort the child? there was a comedy sketch somewhere where someone wanted to abort their 20 year old son lol

I'm not sure exactly how that works. Don't know if they'll direct deposit or send her a check. Either way I'm getting the money back. I just find it absolute bullshit that the government thinks they have any right to be involved here. Also I want other people to know that they shouldn't fall for the free paternity test trick.

Lesson learned. If your state offers you a free paternity test, tell them to fuck off. If you have any doubt, pay a private company to do the paternity test for you. Don't get scammed like I did. Now I'll have to hire an attorney & fight this in court. Big waste of time & money.

Take that with you when you go to see the social worker. Your girl can tell them that you're living together and that can be used as proof before you gusy ever really move in together. That should stop all the bullshit dead in it's tracks

Not a bad idea. I think just the fact that I'm supporting my child & she doesn't want child support should be enough to keep the government out of our lives.

You would think but once it hits the DA and the courts it turns into a completely different animal. It's not really a lie anyways if you all are really going to be shacking up soon. They like to see proof and a real reason.

Well luckily for me I'm self employed & they can't control my money as much as they'd like too. I love it when I get cash jobs. They can't tax or take money they don't know about.
