I mean squats yea, but thats a not huge quad exercise. I dont know anything that will emphasize the quad.

Front squats, hack squats, lunges, bulgarian squats, step-ups....

How are traditional squats not a huge quod exercise anyway? They're the bread and butter of quad exercise.
 
squats, if you're doing them correctly are more of a posterior chain exercise. if, however, you're quarter squating 1000 lbs for reps, then yeah, it's a quad exercise. recruitment of the quadricep during squats largely depends on stance width and depth. Wide deep squats (well, pler squats anyways) should be hitting your hips, glutes, hams and lower back.
 
Lunges sounds like a huge quad exercise since it doesnt involve full range of motion.
 
knees always that , but true is the piramid of squads the key is that before start to lift your knee hast to be warm very warm and little by little add more weight and well recover fast man ,, i hate stop working out becouse of injuries tha really suck
